Online Application for Admission

Please choose the appropriate online application from the list below:

1. General (Non-Transfer)
Use this form if you have no transfer college credits from PSEO or another college.
 

    2.  Transfer
    Use this form if you have taken PSEO classes or attended another college or post-secondary academic   institution.

    3.  Non-Degree  
    Use this form if you wish to enroll in adult education (for credit, non-degree) or audit status (no credit).

FYI: Your online application must include two reference names (along with contact information) and payment of the $25 application fee.
 

Transcript Instructions

After you have completed your application, please have all official transcripts (high school, GED center, PSEO, college, etc.) sent to the OHCC Admissions Office.

Immunization Form

After we receive your application, we will send you an immunization form. This form must be received before we can completely process your application.
