church ministries

who we are

In the early days of Oak Hills Fellowship (1920’s – 1940’s), 22 churches were planted and ministry was regularly carried out in 47 different northern MN communities. Presently Oak Hills Fellowship consists of four ministries: Oak Hills Christian College, Camp Oak Hills, the Center for Indian Ministries, and our redeveloped Oak Hills Church Ministries. OHF is a regional and interdenominational center serving the Body of Christ and ministering to the world. Our goal is to see church leaders equipped for effective ministry by training, equipping, and encouraging pastors and lay leaders to grow as shepherds to their ministries and communities.

Our Church Ministries team of Jim Hodgson (Director of Church & Community Relations) & Rick Weinert (Facilitator of Church & Ministry Relations) play a critical role in the ministry of Oak Hills in serving the local church and church related ministries in accomplishing their God given mission. Jim’s 25+ years of ministry leadership & gifts as a networker, and Rick’s 40 years of pastoral leadership experience make them exceptionally qualified to fill these vital roles.
