It is assumed that all dorm students will be on meal plan A. If any student wishes to opt for an alternate meal plan they must get approval from the Food Service Director by the end of the first week of the semester. After the beginning of semester week 2, meal plan changes are not permitted.

Non-dorm students are not required to purchase a meal plan, but do have the option to purchase any of the meal plans offered as they so choose. (Plans A or E are the only ones that are advantageous for non-dorm students: Plan A for those who will eat most of their meals in the cafeteria, Plan E for those who will use the cafeteria only occasionally.)

Meal Plan Options for 2007-2008

All dorm students are required to be on one of the meal plans A through D.

A - Full meal plan - $1380/Semester—All first time dorm residents are required to be on this meal plan. Comes with 16 prepaid $34 meal cards, additional cards cost $34 each.

B - 12 card meal plan - $1139.50/Semester—Available to dorm students that used less than 13 meal cards in the previous semester--Comes with 12 prepaid $34 meal cards, additional cards cost $60.13 each.

C - 8 card meal plan - $899/Semester—Available to dorm students that used less than 9 meal cards in the previous semester--Comes with 8 prepaid $34 meal cards, additional cards cost $60.13 each.

D - 4 card meal plan - $658.50/Semester—Available to dorm students that used less than 5 meal cards in the previous semester--Comes with 4 prepaid $34 meal cards, additional cards cost $60.13 each.

E - Individual meal cards - $86.25 +tax for one $34 meal card—Non-dorm students may purchase up to 3 of these cards at the beginning of each semester. If additional cards are desired, please purchase plan D, C, B or A. (Please note refund policy change for this meal plan; only face value of unused cards will be refunded.)
