Job Description
Position Title: Head Women’s Volleyball Coach
Department: Athletics
Position Status: Part-Time
Reports to: Athletic Director
FLSA Status: Non-exempt

General Summary: The Head Women’s Volleyball Coach is responsible for planning,
developing and managing the operations of an intercollegiate volleyball program which
contributes toward the fulfillment of the mission and vision of Oak Hills Christian College.
Primary Responsibilities:
Providing all aspects of the overall organization and management of the specified team
in-game, practice and workouts
The position will assist the Athletic Director in specified duties including but not
limited to:
Recruiting, Scouting, Scheduling, Coordinating travel, Monitoring athlete
academics, Organizing and managing camps and clinics, Organizing and
managing home competitions, Promoting the team and the athletic department,
and fundraising activity and events.
Maintaining proactive contacts with key influencers of prospective student athletes
Education and Experience Requirements:
Coaching experience required; prior intercollegiate, club, or high school volleyball coaching is
preferred
