Craig Vandergon married Bethany Johnson C’07 on August 18, 2018 at Annandale Evangelical Free Church. Bethany’s dad is the Pastor and he married them. The couple currently live in Maple Lake, MN.

Debra (Hanson) Benskin-Macks ‘80

Debra passed peacefully in her home surrounded by family on January 22, 2019. She was born on August 19, 1958 to Wayne and Gladys Hanson. She is survived by her husband David; children Tami (Chris), Jenni, Jason, Steven; step-sons Nick, Tim, Jason; 9 grandchildren; and siblings Brian and Pam.

Jonathan E. Waterworth ‘71

Jonathan Earl Waterworth was born in Thief River Falls, MN, on August 27, 1951, to Earl and Eunice Waterworth. He loved growing up on a farm near Newfolden, MN. He was a hard worker. He attended Oak Hills Bible College in Bemidji for 2 years, where he met Marie Jette. He went to Northland State Junior College for 1 year and then graduated from Calvary Bible College in Kansas City. He married Marie on September 22, 1973. He worked at Wichita Evangelical Free Church for 5 years, went to Trinity Seminary for 2 years, worked at Grand Island Evangelical Free Church for 9 years, and Lakes Evangelical Free Church in Lindstrom for 16 years.

Jon delighted in God’s Word and sought to understand and follow it. His favorite verse was Romans 5:8, “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
