Bemidji, MN- Oak Hills Christian College is excited to announce that David “DJ” Johnson Jr. has signed his Letter of Intent to play basketball for the Wolfpack.  Johnson resides in San Antonio, TX.  He is a 6’0” combo guard who played his high school basketball at James Madison High School (San Antonio, TX) for Coach Chris Romine.  Johnson is a transfer from NAIA DI Mount Mercy University.  DJ played AAU basketball for the San Antonio Dream Team.  He was a two time 1st Team All-District player in both his junior and senior year.

Oak Hills Christian College Men’s Basketball Coach, Dalton Miller, says, “DJ is a guy that brings some experience as an older transfer.  I’m excited for the opportunity to coach him for his senior campaign and watch him grow both on and off the court as a leader.”

Johnson will major in Sports Management when he arrives on campus.  DJ states this as why he chose OHCC.  “It’s a great fit for me!”

Welcome to the Wolfpack family DJ!  We’re excited you are joining our community.
