POINT LOOKOUT, MO- Two members of the Oak Hills Christian College Men’s Cross Country team participated in the NCCAA Division II National Cross Country Meet this past Saturday November 10, 2018. Billy Freyholtz (JR, Bemidji, MN) was looking to three peat as NCCAA DII Individual Champion but came up just short and finished the meet in second place automatically making him an NCCAA Cross Country All-American. Freyholtz finished the 8K course in a time of 27:18.53. This is his third such honor in his three years participating. Also participating with Freyholtz was Daniel Peterson (FR, Grand Rapids, MN). Peterson finished just off his personal record with a time of 34:07.00. “Both guys race a great race. I’m pleased with the way the guys competed on a challenging course” stated Head Coach Matthew Myrick.
