Deli Manager

Exciting Full-Time Job Opportunity: Harmony Co-op Deli Manager  
Harmony Co-op is a customer-owned grocery business in beautiful northern Minnesota that serves the community and is dedicated to whole foods and sustainability.  The Good Food Deli is a thriving Deli averaging approximately $500,000 in annual sales.

The deli manager drives the department and coordinates with other departments to ensure healthy success in sales and amongst team members. They also have a creative license with food, paid trainings/food protection manager certificate, and ultimately help make a difference in the community!

Job Responsibilities Include:  

• Lead a crew of 8-10 people and work within a fun and engaged management team
• Provide great service to an ever-increasing amount of customers
• Create menus and teach skills
• Expand sales with creative programs
• Organize the overall flow of the kitchen
• Work alongside energetic, team-oriented coworkers and department heads for the betterment of the store as a whole

Hours: 40 hrs/Week
Starting Wage: Starting wage: $18-22 per hour depending on experience
