St. Bonifacius, MN – The Lady Wolfpack went on the road to compete against NCCAA regional opponent, Crown College. Oak Hills struggled to put the ball in the hoop from the start and fell behind 19-4 in the first quarter. The Polars on the other hand, came out firing from outside and the Lady Wolfpack had trouble containing them on the perimeter. The Pack bounced back in the second quarter and went into halftime down by 18. In the third quarter the Polars were able to extend their lead and Oak Hills was not able to get within striking distance, eventually falling 36-67. The Lady Wolfpack has dropped their last two games but will look to bounce back this weekend when they visit Ashland Wisconsin to take on Northland College.
Coach Tucker – “We came out with minimal energy tonight, which is unfortunate, these are games we need to get up for and be competitive in, finding that inner strength and that competitive edge is what will take this team to the next level.”
