Dickinson, ND – The Lady Wolfpack were on the road over the weekend to take on the NAIA, Blue Hawks of Dickinson State. The Blue Hawks snapped the 3-game winning streak of the Wolfpack with lights-out shooting and excellent ball movement. The Wolfpack went into halftime with a 50-15 deficit, but settled in and had a better showing in the second half, scoring double digits in each quarter and finishing the game with a 3-point percentage of 42%. Coach Tucker said, “the Blue Hawks was a very exciting team to play, the experience and opportunity to play high-level teams is really good for a young program, there is always something you can learn from these types of games and we are up for the challenge to get better this season.”
The Wolfpack will look to bounce back this week with games against Itasca Community College and Valley City State University.
