Welcome Li’l Oakies
Jose (Isaac) and Hanna (Thomas C’99) Martinez welcomed daughter Ruth Johanna, born November 2018, 9 lbs 2oz, 20.5 inches.

Jake C’14 and Michelle (Fancher C’17) Bauer welcomed son Joshua Lee, born March 21, 2019.

Mark C’18 and Katya (Yakovenko C’18) Sina welcomed daughter Naomi Ann, born April 13, 2019, 6lb 5oz, 19.5 inches.

Ian C’17 and Autumn Hill welcomed son Emmett James, born April 22, 2019, 6lb 15 oz, 20 inches.

Eric C’13 and Carmen Aaker welcomed daughter Quinn Marie, born June 4, 2019, 6lb 7oz, 19 inches.

Anderson Saint Georges
BS Addictions Counseling 2017
Anderson has been appointed Region 4  Governor For The Minnesota Association of Resources for Recovery and Chemical Health (MARRCH).  Sitting on the MARRCH Board of Governors will allow him to advocate for rural issues to the MARRCH active legislative efforts in regards to Substance Use Disorders (SUD), Mental Health Disorders (MH) and/or other SUD/MH treatment related issues. He is currently working at Compassion House, a faith based treatment Facility Located in Detroit Lakes, MN.
He would like to say thank you to all the OHCC staff and especially Randy McKain for doing such a good job equipping students with the right tools needed for success.

Shaun BA Pastoral Ministry 2009 and Marta (Lesczynska  C’08) Breiland
Shaun accepted a position at Crosspoint Church in Watford City, ND as the Lead Pastor this past spring.

Brianna Madsen
BA Children’s Ministry 2013
Brianna is a preschool teacher at Saint Paul’s Luthern Church and School in Prior Lake, MN. She has been serving on short term trips with Healing Haiti for the past few years and will go on her fifth trip in the fall.

Lawrence BA Pastoral Ministry 2013 and Ashley (Haynes  C’13) Klingsheim
Larry accepted a Lead Pastor position from Northern Bible Church in Bemidji MN in May.

Cody Case C’19 married Adair Friedman (Oak Hills student) on June 29, 2019.

Daniel (Kraatz) McFarlane (Oak Hills student) married Jasmine Fairbanks  C’16 on June 1, 2019.

Joyce Benston C’47, C’89, Bemidji, died May 9, in Havenwood.

Doyle Keith Fultz C’56, Doyle’s greatest joys involved teaching about and living out his Christian faith. Doyle faithfully supported Oak Hills.

Special Gift given in memory of Judy Sprung, wife of Rodney Sprung C’79. Judy died on June 8, 2019, at home. One of the ways she expressed her faith was by playing piano. She served as a missionary in Brazil and was a leader in the Community Bible Study in Milbank and Women’s Connected Group in Ortonville.
