BEMIDJI, MN- Oak hills Christian College is pleased to announce that Isaac Pearson has signed a Letter of Intent to run for the Wolfpack. Isaac is the son of Dan and Leah Pearson and graduated from Clear Lake High School in Clear Lake, Wisconsin in May of 2019. He has spent this academic year at Solid Rock Discipleship School in Long Prairie, MN. Isaac will be pursuing his Associate of Arts degree here at OHCC.
“We are excited to have Isaac come and run for us here at Oak Hills” states Athletic Director Jeremy Anderson. “His desire to grow closer in his relationship with Christ is what gets me most excited about Isaac. He will help us continue a tradition of quality runners and we look forward to great things from not only him, but the team as a whole this year.”
Isaac holds several conference and high school track and field records including the 2 mile and as a member of the 4×800 relay team. He also participated in the 400-meter dash. Isaac states that he chose OHCC because of the Christian community, the nice campus, the Bible-based learning, and for the potential of lifelong friendships.
