Bemidji, MN- Oak Hills Christian College is excited to announce that Lordes “Lulu” lara has signed her Letter of Intent to play basketball for the Wolfpack. Lara resides in Garland, TX. She is a 5’4” combo guard who played her high school basketball at South Garland High School (Garland, TX) under the direction of Coach Priscilla Vela and Coach Brianna Richardson. She also played AAU basketball for Pace Elite Basketball. Lordes was given the “Clutch” player award by her high school coaches.
Oak Hills Christian College Women’s Basketball Coach, Kori Zarzutzki, says, “Lulu is a great addition to our team and I am so glad to welcome her to the OHCC family. Not only do I look forward to having her fun personality here, but her strength and fearlessness on the court are going to be big for us!”
Lara will major in Psychology when she arrives on campus. She states this when asked why she chose OHCC. “The great hospitality coaches gave me and feeling welcome.”
